Two brand-new fact sheets have just been published by the European IP Helpdesk team. Fact sheet one on “Inventorship, Authorship and Ownership” aims to clarify the differences between these three concepts while shedding some light on the way they should be dealt with to avoid encountering serious problems.
The second one on “Alternative Dispute Resolution” was created together with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Centre, and provides an overview of WIPO’s ADR mechanisms, principles, advantages and case examples to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs), universities and many other stakeholders.
